Growth2Lead is developed and operated by W&W Technologies, LLC (“W&W Technologies”, “we”). W&W Technologies, LLC is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through this website and the Growth2Lead application. This page describes what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

Account information — your name (where provided), email address, and login credentials, used to create and secure your account.

Content you submit — résumé text, career goals, and mentoring conversations, used to deliver personalized guidance and maintain your saved history.

Payment and subscription information — the email address used at checkout, subscription status, plan, billing period, and the identifiers issued by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Usage and technical information — device and browser data, IP address, and basic product usage, used for security, fraud prevention, and improving the service.

How information is used

To provide and improve the service, deliver personalized career guidance, maintain your saved mentoring history, process subscriptions and support requests, and protect the service against misuse. We process this data to perform our contract with you, on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, to meet legal obligations, and — where required — with your consent.

Payments and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, subscription billing, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds, and related customer service inquiries.

The categories of data shared with or collected by Paddle for these purposes are: your name and email address, billing and country/tax location details, payment method information (collected directly by Paddle), transaction and subscription records, and the technical data Paddle needs for fraud prevention. Paddle acts as an independent controller for this processing; Paddle shares subscription status and the purchaser’s email back to us so we can grant and manage your Premium access.

Other recipients

We also share data with service providers that host and operate the product on our behalf, with professional advisers such as legal and accounting, and with authorities where we are required to do so by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and thereafter only as long as needed for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.

Cookies

We use essential cookies required to run the site and keep you signed in, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can manage or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, object to or restrict certain processing, request a copy of your data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
